Meeting Rooms
The 82 state-of-the-art meeting rooms at the BCEC, totaling 160,000 square feet of meeting space, enable you to accommodate a variety of meeting sizes and setups. Meeting rooms are evenly distributed throughout the building and located five minutes or less from each other, simplifying logistics and attendee navigation.

All meeting rooms feature:
- Free wireless Internet access
- Soundproof air walls prevent noise bleed and let you divide and combine rooms according to your needs
- Controlled room access with Intellikey security
- Customize the environment with six pre-set lighting/dimmer controls and in-room temperature control settings
- Integrated audio and video enable simultaneous broadcast to and from any room(s)
- Network infrastructure features two separate T-3 internet connections, and each meeting room has Category 5 twisted pair and multi-mode fiber optic connections
Meeting Rooms: Exhibit Level
- Four meeting rooms with combined 10,169 square feet of space
- Direct access to all exhibit halls
- Immediate access to the lower ring road that encircles the facility
- Multiple attendee drop-offs and registration areas flow directly into this space

Meeting Rooms: Level One
- 38 rooms and 59,580 square feet of meeting space
- Direct access to multiple drop-off entrances and food court
- Pedestrian skybridges connect meeting room areas on both sides of the building and provide a bird's-eye view of the exhibit floor and exhibit-level signage

Meeting Rooms: Level Two
- 38 rooms and 77,621 square feet of meeting space
- Direct access to the Executive Boardroom and skybridge access to the Westin Boston Waterfront hotel
- All rooms are no more than five minutes from any area of the building
