BCMC Sales Team

The Boston Convention Marketing Center is responsible for the sales and marketing of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and the Hynes Convention Center and is your single point of contact for RFP submission, hotel room block and site visits.

Our experienced sales team provides one-stop shopping for meeting planners, approaching each event from the client perspective and working together to understand all the needs and requirements to propose a successful program. Whether you are new to Boston or a repeat customer, our team will help you secure the space you need for your Boston-based event.

Our BCMC Sales Team services include:

• Research availability at the Hynes and BCEC and Boston area hotels with just one phone call or email to the Boston Convention Marketing Center.
• Customized proposal to include layout of space in the convention center, detailed citywide hotel package, transportation plans and other important destination information.
• Planning and implementation of initial site visit so you see and learn all that Boston can offer to achieve a successful event
• Guidance through the convention center and hotel contracting process
• Destination marketing resource for offsite venues, public transportation, restaurants, tours, destination management companies and other services to support your event planning.
